Almost Home Dog Rescue appeals for help finding homes for abandoned greyhounds, Chief and Judy, after their racing careers.

Chief is a greyhound, now six years old. He lived his whole life racing and sadly missed out on good times. You can find an adoption form online.
The rescue team says Chief likes attention and that he recently passed a full health check. He received flea, worm, and vaccination treatments, and they scheduled his neutering. Good care and grooming will help Chief.
He walks well and stays close. Chief is good in the car and can walk alone or with other dogs. The rescue will share updates as they learn more.
Judy is Chief’s best friend. She is a four-year-old greyhound, and her racing life affected her a lot. The team calls Judy a sweetheart.
Judy may seem a little shy at first, and she has scars on her body. Her tail was likely broken before. She ran 25 races in her life.
The rescue wants her to have a loving family. Judy is good with people, kids, and dogs, and she travels well in cars.
At the vet, Judy was nervous but behaved fine. Her wounds are old and healed. Judy is now vaccinated, flead, and wormed. She is microchipped and spayed.
Judy and Chief could live together, but they are fine together or apart.
