Large amount of rubbish dumped near Leeds Road forces Council probe. Ownership of land needs establishing.

The Council needs to figure out who owns the land first. Only then can they legally remove the rubbish. They must determine ownership.
Someone dumped lots of bagged trash there. A big piece of foam was also among the junk. Someone discarded a broken Henry Hoover, too. A fence usually hides the area from Leeds Road.
Part of that fence had recently fallen down, though, and it revealed the mess. Bradford Council said no one told them about it earlier. They went to the site on February 28 to investigate.
The Council must find out who owns that private land. This helps them legally remove the waste and they urged people to report fly-tipping. You can report online or call 01274 431000.
The Council will check CCTV. They want evidence to find the fly-tippers. They want to prosecute the people responsible.
