Former officer jailed for threats, man admits sex offenses, others face charges in Inverness court.

The court considered his history of similar offenses. Bain previously threatened a neighbor’s brother with a knife. He was also drunk during the latest incident.

Codey Masson, a man from Nairn, faced sex offense charges. He pestered five teenage women and a girl, asking for nude photos and sending explicit images. These actions occurred between 2015 and 2019. He has a prior similar conviction from the same period. Masson admitted to six charges in court.
Brian Robertson threatened a woman on an Inverness bus. He made a throat-cutting gesture toward her. He was jailed for twelve months for threatening behavior. He also assaulted someone, causing injury. Additionally, he refused to give his details to the police.
Scott Miller, from Alness, attacked a shop worker. He struck the worker’s hand with scissors after they asked him to leave B&M. Miller received an £840 fine because of this. He was already serving jail time on other matters.
