Comer Gardens Institute faces setback as government cuts funding, jeopardizing dance hall improvements in St John’s.

Worcester should have gotten £5 million. The government was going to invest it, but they pulled the funding. Some projects might not happen.
£2.5 million got withdrawn overall. £2.3 million funds the Corn Exchange work. It also covers Scala and Angel Place. Comer Gardens lost funding.
They needed £42,000 for Comer Gardens. This money would improve the hall and make space for dance, so more people could use the space.
