Details are announced for Sarah Reid, a mum of two, who passed away in New York on her 30th birthday.
Sarah was from the Banbridge area. She celebrated her 30th birthday with Darren, her husband. She became very sick during the trip. Sarah went to the hospital.
People created a fundraiser to help with costs. It covered travel and medical bills. Gary Black started the GoFundMe. The fundraiser earned over £57,000 quickly. After Sarah’s death, it rose to over £72,000.
She passed away on Monday, February 10th. Her death shocked the community deeply. People remembered her as a “beautiful” person. One person shared the sad news on Facebook.
