Sean Brady hopes to revive Margate’s Tudor House as a paranormal investigation site after vandalism closed it.

Sean wants to convince the council that the house is a special historical site. Vandalism damaged Tudor House. Sean wants to bring it back to life. His team thinks it has the most ghost activity in Kent.
Sean has more ideas than just ghost hunts. He wants to host murder mystery games, school visits, and garden events. Tudor House shut down two years ago due to vandalism.
The council is reviewing its museums, including Tudor House. Other museums included are Dickens House and Margate Museum.
Sean lives near Tudor House and really wants to see it open again. But, the council is not looking for someone to rent it now. He met with a museum officer who said it is unsafe inside.
Sean stated that repairs are the priority and money is not his main reason. He says paranormal events won’t hurt the building, and he also cares about the neighbors. Investigations are always respectful.
He keeps his groups small and builds trust before inviting people. Sean has been ghost hunting for twenty years, starting when he was a teen. His family practiced spiritual activities.
The council is aware of Tudor House’s condition and are getting repair estimates, including the staircase. Work should start in the spring of next year.
Tudor House needs specialist workers, and the museum’s items are being preserved. As owners, they care for the building, but they are not seeking a tenant at this time.
