Someone wants to convert a barn. The plan includes making ten homes there. Mr. A. Dickens submitted this plan, wanting to change farm buildings into residences. The buildings are in Shepeau Stow, specifically at Orchard Farm on Dowsdale Bank. Swan Edwards Architecture composed the design statement.

The agents considered both the local area and Shepeau Stow. Dowsdale Bank already contains homes nearby, which spread towards Shepeau Stow. More residences also run down the road southwest, indicating the area is already pretty residential.

The plan divides the buildings, creating six homes in a terrace. Four additional homes will form a square. Each home’s floor space is under 100 square meters, not a giant space for any home.

Currently, the buildings share a farm access. The plan includes creating separate parking and distinct parking spaces. South Holland District Council received these plans and will now consider the application.
