Some cool events are happening in Gwynedd. They aim to get you involved in local climate stuff. These “Gwanwyn GwyrddNi” events run from March 29 to April 20. You can check out different Gwynedd projects, ranging from growing food to energy projects.

Repair cafes fix your broken things, which lowers waste. Learn about food and local stuff at the Pickling Shed in Dyffryn Nantlle. There are also informal chats about the environment, in Welsh, called “Paned i’r Blaned.”

There will be nature walks and bike rides. Bike repair events, talks, and movie showings are also planned. Gwanwyn GwyrddNi shows off good work across Pen Llŷn, Dyffryn Ogwen, and other areas, hoping to get more folks involved.

GwyrddNi empowers locals to create plans to fight climate change and boost sustainability. Six Gwynedd community groups support this movement. National Lottery funding helps bring ideas to life. GwyrddNi needs you to participate.
