Sandra Taylor, 65, receives a suspended prison term and Criminal Behaviour Order after harassment plea.

The court also issued a Criminal Behaviour Order lasting for two years. It limits Taylor’s actions, preventing her from calling emergency services without a real emergency, and from entering neighbor’s properties unless invited.
The charges relate to an August 2024 incident where Taylor shouted at her neighbors for hours. She used offensive language without reason. Police arrested her on August 21 and charged her on February 10.
Taylor violated her bail conditions after being supposed to appear in court March 14. Police then re-arrested her and brought her before the court on February 17.
Police officers Fenemore and Newall commented on the result, saying Taylor caused much neighborhood trouble. The officers thanked the victims for their help and for providing good evidence during the investigation.
Taylor made many false emergency calls, which misused resources and put lives at risk. The order lets police act firmly if she breaks rules, and they are happy it was granted.
