Hadyn offers classic and unique sandwiches with vegan options, supporting local businesses and wellness in Mold.

“Y Tarw” contains braised beef and sauerkraut. It also has pickled red onions, cheddar, and garlic butter. Radish microgreens top it off. There are also vegan choices. “Y Tir” has roasted mushrooms and crispy kale. Hummus, cranberry stuffing, and fennel shoots fill it. Fig, date, dressing, and salad complete it.
Rob Lowe owns Hadyn and Caffi’r Cob. He’s happy about the new sandwich bar. They use fresh herbs and microgreens, supplied by Fresh & Tasty Microgreens. These ingredients provide vitamins and offer detoxifying benefits.
Hadyn sells Welsh products and local goods, including Halen Mon, Dylan’s range, Coconut Kitchen, and Blas ar Fwyd. They plan to add Welsh gifts and crafts soon, featuring Coastal soaps, Gwenyn Griffiths, and others. They wrap gifts for free, and purchases support local businesses.
Mold’s Mayor, Brian Lloyd, visited Hadyn. He’s glad Rob expanded his business, offering Caffi’r Cob quality in a convenient takeaway form. Hadyn’s decor matches Caffi’r Cob, making it inviting, and he thinks it will be popular.
Rob mentioned plans for Hadyn’s upstairs. They will combine wellness and art classes there, led by local artists. This offers creative expression and relaxation. Information on these sessions is coming soon.
