New homes might get built behind Petersfield Avenue. They plan to tear down buildings there first. The application is P0162.25 and includes parking and landscaping details.

Havering Council checked many plans from Feb 4 to 10. One project is a five-bedroom house in Harold Wood, while another concerns rebuilding stables at Maylands Golf Club. Other plans show home extensions and loft conversions. Businesses also want to improve their buildings.

At 106 Cranham Gardens, a side/rear extension is planned, being one or two stories, and they will change things inside the house too (P0134.25). Someone wants to add a rear conservatory at 44 River Drive (P0161.25).

Someone wishes to move a door at 13 Nyth Close and build a side and rear extension (P0164.25). At 28 Rosewood Avenue, the owner paved the front garden and now seeks permission after the fact (P0139.25).

Plans changed slightly at 114 Diban Avenue for extensions, part one and two stories. The application number reflecting that is P0146.25. At 20 Fairlop Close, an extension will be 3.5m deep with maximum height 3m (Y0033.25).

Someone wants to add a story at 374 Wingletye Lane. They propose extensions to the rear, side, and front, and want to rearrange the inside (P0101.25). At 8 Nelmes Road, the application (P0120.25) is for air conditioning work after the fact.

A similar rear extension is proposed for 23 Avelon Road, this one would be 8m deep (Y0028.25). At 97 Elmhurst Drive, someone wants to add a two-story rear extension (P0075.25).
