Health data shows fast-food places per people. The Office for Health Improvement looked at this. They checked the number for every 100,000 people. The actual number might be even higher.

Some places do more than just fast food. They may have eat-in options or delivery. These places could be listed as cafes. This could skew the data.

Havering had about 113 fast-food spots per 100,000 in 2024. The number was around 98 back in 2017. The data also showed which areas had the most fast food.

St Alban’s in Romford had the highest count in 2024. They had 32 fast food outlets. An unassigned area of Havering had 28.

St Andrew’s and St Edward’s tied with 26 each. Emerson Park had the fewest, just two. Beam Park was second lowest, with three eateries.

Hacton had five fast-food places. Cranham and Gooshays each had seven. Mawneys had eight spots. Marshalls and Rise Park both have nine.

South Hornchurch also has nine. Hylands and Harrow Lodge have eleven. Rush Green and Crowlands each have eleven. Harold Wood and Heaton both have thirteen.

Havering-atte-Bower has sixteen. Rainham and Wennington have seventeen. Squirrels Heath has eighteen. Upminster has twenty-one fast-food places. Elm Park has twenty-two places.
