A roundup of seven Hertfordshire criminals convicted in 2024 and 2025, detailing their crimes and sentencing.

Joshua Lockwood, 29, stalked someone in Welwyn between October and November 2024, sending unwanted messages and calls that included threats and offensive language. He pleaded guilty to this and received a suspended jail term and a restraining order.
Lockwood must pay £745 overall.
Olegs Koslova, 46, broke a court order by entering a property in Stevenage. This violated a domestic violence protection order. The court sentenced him to 28 days in jail. He ignored the court order completely.
Mohammed Ltaief, 43, assaulted emergency workers in Stevenage on May 5, 2024. He pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and received a suspended sentence. Ltaief had to pay £835 in total.
Timothy McGuinness, 45, handled stolen goods and committed fraud twice. He stole bank cards in St Albans on December 16. He then purchased items, stolen cigarettes, with the stolen cards costing around £184. He received a suspended sentence and owed £239.
Jamie Fogarty, 39, stole from stores multiple times in Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield in December 2024. He stole from Boots three separate times, and also stole from John Lewis and Morrisons. Fogarty received a 38-week jail sentence.
Damon Iacovone, 35, refused a breathalyzer test after police stopped him while driving in St Albans in June 2024. He received a suspended jail sentence and cannot drive for nearly three years.
