WorkBuzz did a secret study, asking Home Instead’s workers questions. The survey measured how happy they felt at work and helped rank the company.
Almost everyone feels suited to their client, with ninety-seven percent saying their client matches are good. Ninety-four percent are proud to work there, which shows happy employees.
Home Instead got a five-star award, marking them as a leader. It’s their second year getting this honor, and the award recognizes great working conditions.
Clients also gave feedback on their experiences. One client liked consistent caregivers, saying it helps their mother, as new helpers can be difficult.
