Guess what? A sculpture trail is coming to several towns. St Elizabeth Hospice is organizing this fun event.

It’s called Hop To It! and runs from June 21 to August 29. Thirty-three decorated hares will be in Ipswich. Smaller trails are planned for other towns too. Beccles, Woodbridge, Felixstowe, and Lowestoft will join in. The total hare sculptures will reach fifty-two.

These colorful hares will decorate streets this summer. Celia Joseph spoke about the upcoming art trail. She manages community fundraising for St Elizabeth Hospice. She said artists are creating wonderful designs now. Many supporters help them prepare the launch.

They are excited to bring art to Suffolk streets. The hospice welcomes families to enjoy the trail. It supports St Elizabeth Hospice’s important work. This event follows other sculpture trails by the hospice. The Big Hoot happened in 2022.

They will auction hares to raise money. That money helps St Elizabeth Hospice too. The hospice needs twelve million pounds yearly. They use it for services locally. These services cover Ipswich, east and mid Suffolk, Waveney, and Great Yarmouth.
