Homeless Oxfordshire started back in 1985. It was first called the Oxford Night Shelter. Now, they are the biggest housing provider for homeless people in Oxfordshire. They operate as a non-profit.

Liza Clothier works there, heading fundraising and communications. She said they offer safety and support, support that is especially crucial when people need it most. They provide an “open door” policy.

Donations are super important for them; these donations fund their vital work. With the funds, they keep providing housing and support, and help those affected by homelessness. They also offer activities and engagement.

Residents can try old skills again and discover new hobbies too. Art, music, and cooking are some options, all thanks to donations. The charity often assists people who frequently face tough challenges.

Poverty, trauma, and isolation impact them; these issues stem from lifelong disadvantage. Campbell Gregg is a managing director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Southern. His company made the donation to the charity.

They are honored to help Homeless Oxfordshire. Gregg says their donation will help ensure people get care. Individuals need support urgently. His team is excited to volunteer too; they helped the charity during Christmas.

It feels great to help them. They give money and time, and this involvement makes a big difference. Volunteers get a rewarding experience.
