Council plans to build housing at Rockhills and Sydenham Villas near Crystal Palace Park. Feedback is welcome until February 18.

Property outlines are available online, highlighted in red on provided maps. Residents are welcome to share their opinions with the council by the deadline, February 18 at 5pm.
Crystal Palace Park, famous for its dinosaur statues and vast green spaces, is situated in South East London. It is the site where the Crystal Palace burned down many years ago.
The park offers various leisure activities, including lakes, a maze, and a skatepark. It also hosts public events, making it a popular destination for recreation and cultural activities.
Bromley Council issued an official notice, referencing Section 122(2A) of a government act and Section 203 of housing law. The notice clarifies the intention to utilize both properties, Rockhills at SE19 1UF and Sydenham Villas at SE22 6UF.
The council will proceed according to outlined plans, which can be viewed online. Maps identifying the properties are available on a designated website for reference.
Comments can be submitted via email to cppregeneration@bromley.gov.uk, including “Crystal Palace Park Appropriation” in the subject line. Alternatively, letters can be sent to the Head of Regeneration at Bromley Civic Centre, BR1 1AS.
