The former Dance and Fun Factory in Onchan Park, a kid’s play area, is available to let for £13,500 a year.

The owners said they had new jobs now and family life also needed more attention. The annual rent is £13,500, say Onchan officials. They own the site, so it’s not for sale. They sold off all the play equipment inside.
Before dance, the space was a squash center, a change that caused some problems back in 2010. The agent, Deanwood, mentions the park’s many activities. There is a restaurant and a mini golf course there.
You can even enjoy boating and bowls. The location could draw locals and tourists. New ideas should get approved by the board. There are old squash courts inside the building, along with toilets and showers.
The ground floor has a front desk area. A kitchen and prep space sit upstairs. Onchan wants people to share their ideas for the space. They want it to help the park and locals.
