Scott attended a conference in Nairobi at the JW Marriot Hotel. He was last seen there on February 16. His body was in a sack, and his hands were tied.

A Kenyan court ruled on the other suspects, allowing police to hold them for 21 more days to continue the investigation.

Scott worked at Fico as a senior director, helping to expand their business. His death shocked his Fico colleagues, who will miss his humor and kindness.

Kenyan police called the crime terrible and described the investigation as intricate, being led by their homicide unit.

The British Foreign Office gave a statement, saying they are helping Scott’s family and are talking with Kenyan authorities.
