KimJi’s co-owner shared news on social media today. Sam Chen announced the Ramsbottom location is closing. They made a difficult decision after much thought. The plan to move to Bury failed.

Their Ramsbottom lease is ending soon. Sam thanked everyone for their support and appreciates the memories they made together.

The restaurant will host a farewell on Sunday, March 2. Then, the Ramsbottom location will close for good, as it opened in 2021 after Preston’s success.

They offered Korean food, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The Preston restaurant will stay open on Winckley Street.

A customer said it was their favorite place and that they love the barbecue chicken. Another person wished them the best, remember the final day is March 2.

Kimji is very grateful for the support at Ramsbottom because the lease expired, and moving did not work. They thank customers for smiles and loyalty. Patrons can join them for a final meal.
