Kim’s Hair Ferryhill Vies for Echo’s Best Hairdresser Title

Kim’s Hair sits on Darlington Road in Ferryhill. Kim Lowe, age 37, owns the salon. She launched the business five years ago, right before the COVID-19 lockdown in the UK. She has built a loyal clientele since then, and her salon is now doing quite well.

Kim told The Northern Echo she loves her job. She said she enjoys client transformations and the fun she has with clients. Kim said the nomination felt amazing, and they were shocked by the phone call.
