Hey, so there was a house fire in Bromsgrove today. It happened on King Edward Road earlier this morning. The road is still closed off now.

Firefighters got the call around 10:31 AM. Five fire crews came to help, from Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Wyre Forest, and Redditch. People were reported to be inside the house.

The fire is out now, thankfully. The pictures show roof damage to two houses. Fire crews are working to secure the building still, and police also set up a big perimeter. This was still in place around 4 PM.

Ambulances took four people to the hospital, including two kids. Their injuries seem minor, which is good news. The ambulance service got the call at 10:35 AM, and the address was near Broad Street.

The ambulance crews found a woman, a man, and the two kids there. They checked them out and took them to Worcester Royal Hospital. They also checked three others at the scene, but these three didn’t need to go to the hospital. The police are there to help with the cordon.
