PRZYM Kingston may become Bonnie Rogues bar and Circuit nightclub, pending council approval. NEOS plans a £3 million revamp.

Clarence Street will be revamped. The ground floor will become a party bar called Bonnie Rogues, while the upper floors will transform into Circuit, the new nightclub idea.
PRZYM previously hosted famous artists, including Stormzy, Billie Eilish, and Shania Twain. NEOS plans to improve the stage view, making the second floor’s view better.
NEOS has submitted plans to Kingston Council, seeking approval for these changes to create Bonnie Rogues and Circuit. The required changes are primarily internal.
The building is historically significant, opening in 1939 as a cinema and later adding extra screens. However, it closed in 1987 and is now a listed building.
The site was later converted into a nightclub, initially named Oceana before becoming PRZYM Kingston in 2014, operating as PRZYM since then.
The plans claim that the revamp, with its improved stage view and second-floor vantage point, will attract more artists. This is expected to draw in bigger names.
Minimal work will be done on the historic parts of the building. Documents state that this investment helps keep the building alive as a venue. The council will make the final decision on these plans.
Russell Quelch, NEOS Hospitality’s CEO, announced exciting plans for Bonnie Rogues and Circuit in Kingston. He envisions a lively all-day and all-night venue for people.
He aims to improve the existing space by investing £3 million this year to transform the current venue into two concepts that match customer demand.
Bonnie Rogues will be located downstairs, with Circuit, the new cutting-edge club, upstairs. These are designed to attract people with great vibes and music.
Rekom UK closed many venues this year, including PRZYM and Atik sites. Now separate from Rekom Group, the company rebranded as NEOS in 2024.
NEOS is proceeding with upgrades, including work on PRZYM Kingston, and hopes to acquire other venues to expand their business.
