Award winning burger business Kitchen Sisters has opened in Torquay harborside.

They revamped the old Man Friday’s location, which overlooks the harbor. Kitchen Sisters is now open for business and they are ready to serve burgers. Locals and tourists are welcome to come and try them.
Karl Lloyd is the front-of-house person. He said they enjoyed Marlborough and is grateful for everyone’s enthusiasm there. They voted them number one restaurant in both burgers and overall.
The new Torquay location gives them visibility, so even more people can try their burgers. Head Chef Lesia Weremijenko also shared comments, saying that burgers involve cooking and tasting, and that they fine-tune them constantly.
Kitchen Sisters works with local suppliers because they want the best ingredients. Their beef comes from Dartmoor herds. These cows are born and raised on the moor, making the burgers juicy.
Each burger is made by hand daily and they season them with a secret recipe. The pork comes from Devon-reared pigs, further emphasizing their commitment to local sourcing.
Find Kitchen Sisters at 22 Victoria Parade. They’re on the first floor, above Twenty1, and the entrance is near Torquay’s Crime Museum. They are open Thursday to Sunday lunchtime.
