As an AR Caller in the International Voice Process, your responsibilities include:

1. Calling Insurance Companies

Initiate professional outbound calls to US insurance companies to verify claim status, check documentation, and ensure all claim details are updated accurately.

2. Follow-Up on Overdue Claims

Be the driving force behind collecting overdue payments by understanding where claims stand, resolving issues, and ensuring timely reimbursements.

3. Handling Claim Denials

Investigate rejected or denied claims, understand the reasons behind them, and take corrective actions to meet quality standards.

4. Client Communication

Interact with clients to clarify invoice details, payment terms, and resolve account balance queries with excellent communication skills.
