LifeCare Edinburgh seeks trustees to guide services for over 50s. Help boost community support in the city.

One person noticed LifeCare’s impact: their dad became happier and chatted more on the phone. The Board of Trustees guides LifeCare, consisting of up to twelve people who volunteer time. They offer skills and experience, providing governance and leadership.
The board checks their skills regularly and wants two new members now. Expertise can benefit the charity. They need help with communications or marketing, alongside managing venues or hospitality. Caring for older people matters, and experience running social enterprises is useful.
The trustee role is unpaid work, but LifeCare will repay your expenses. They also provide training and support. The board meets in the early evening, either in person or online.
