Free clothes event in London turns wild. Crowds overwhelm police, damaging a car. Two teens arrested after massive giveaway.

People called it the ‘worst pop-up ever,’ as huge crowds chanted at the police. A TikTok user filmed the event showing teens chasing a van full of clothes. Some clung to the van to avoid running. Two men with face scarves stopped the van and tossed free items to the crowd.
People reportedly punched each other for clothes, and some people passed out in the big crowd. Others allegedly stole clothes from those who got them leaving police on bikes unable to calm things. A teen jumped on a police car and someone stood on a police car roof, wearing a police jacket.
More police arrived and dispersed the crowds, enacting a Section 35 order covering Westminster until midnight. The police responded to a large crowd on February 22, caused by an online marketing stunt, during which damages were done to a police vehicle.
Police arrested two boys under 16 suspected of theft, damage, and affray, later bailing them as the inquiry continues. The Section 35 order ended with no reported issues afterwards. Metro contacted Up In Flames and Poser for comments.
