Signs of Safety News

*We have just begun our programme of training activity. We're rolling out the first sessions of two day training to staff in Children's Social Care starting with our 'front door' multi agency MASH teams and wider assessment Service. This will then extend to wider Childrens Services professionals including Early Help and those with children and young people who are Looked After. Key professionals from partner agencies will also be attending training. Training will continue throughout 2019-20.

*We will also be offering briefings for professionals in partner agencies so they are part of this transformation of services and understand the approach. (Key Leads within partner agencies will be completing training and reflecting on changes within their own agencies eg Health, Education, Police, Targeted Services).

*We will continue to communication with staff via newsletters and briefings

*We will be identifying Impact and evaluation measures so that we know that we are making a difference?
