Parimal Bhatt organizes a charity walk in London to honor his nephew and support brain tumor research.

Parimal Bhatt’s family will walk The London Twilight Walk. It supports The Brain Tumour Charity too, helping fundraise for research. Khushil Pandya died from a brain tumor at only 14 years old.
Khushil, from Harrow, died in 2021. The family has fundraised for three years through The Khushil Pandya Fund. It aids families of children with brain tumors, including DIPG. DIPG is an aggressive tumor that caused Khushil’s early death.
The walk happens on March 22nd when walkers will start in Marylebone. They can choose 5k or 10k routes that go past famous sights like Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey.
Parimal also works at other post offices in Hounslow and Lewisham. So far, 700 walkers have joined his team, but he wants 1,000 people to walk.
He asks for help from customers, Post Office staff, and other sources. The head London office has pledged to match funds, up to £800.
Parimal said Khushil was a bright student who excelled in every subject. He earned a Duke of Edinburgh award in a wheelchair and finished tasks ahead of time. His strength inspired everyone, a strength mixed with kindness.
They want to raise much money to fund brain tumor research. They aim to help other families and support those facing this condition.
