Okay, so something sad happened on the M40. It was southbound, between junctions five and four, near Stokenchurch and Handy Cross. This happened around 12:20am on Thursday, February 13.

Police got a call earlier, around 11:40pm on Wednesday, February 12. Someone was worried about where the victim was. The police are now investigating everything and have already told the IOPC about it.

Superintendent Bullivant wants people to be respectful and avoid speculation, especially online. The victim’s family is being helped by trained officers. It’s a tough time for everyone involved.

Thames Valley Police are asking the public for help. They want witnesses to come forward, and Bullivant wants to hear from anyone who saw something, specifically a black Mitsubishi Outlander parked on the hard shoulder around 11:30pm.
