A machete chase in Bournemouth resulted in multiple arrests for affray and drug-related offenses. Police investigation ongoing.

The guys with the machete ran off in a car. Thankfully, nobody got hurt during this chase. The police helicopter even showed up and flew over both Bournemouth and Poole looking for them.
Officers found the car over on Fernside Avenue in Poole. They caught four people there. Kyeron Ben Wheeler, age 17, got charged. He’s from Poole.
They charged Kyeron with affray. He also had a knife in public, plus he had drugs he wanted to sell. Stanley Anthony Benn Assey, age 17, also got charged. He’s from Bournemouth.
Stanley got charged with affray too, in addition to helping supply drugs. Marley Tuck-Morgan, age 17, faces similar charges, as he also helped with drug dealing.
All three teens are still locked up. They will go to court on February 13, 2025, at Poole Magistrates’ Court. A woman, age 36, was arrested; she is from Poole.
She was arrested for suspected drug crimes but was subsequently released on bail. The police continue to investigate her involvement, and understand locals feel worried prompting them to ask anyone with information to share it.
The helicopter folks confirmed their assistance. NPAS Almondsbury sent a helicopter, and it helped Dorset Police find the car. It also surrounded a building, making the flight 42 minutes total.
