New owners improve stadium after taking over Maldon & Tiptree FC in February, with ground upgrades and player signings.

Kevin Horlock is the new boss. He used to manage Colchester United’s under-21 team. The stadium has a new name. It is now called ‘The Drewitt-Barlow Stadium’. They also have a new badge. Eight new players joined the team.
The new owners want to revive the place. They want to invest in the local area. The goal is to fix up everything. This includes both inside and outside. They will create a sports bar. It will be open every day.
This will make more money for the club. Work has started on the ground itself. They bought new gear. Forty workers are helping. They want it to look good. This is for the players and fans. They are spending a lot of money.
Since February 5, eight players signed up. They left higher leagues to join. They will improve the club. They will create jobs. They will provide more opportunities.
Maldon will play Basildon Town next. They hope to win at home first under new owners.
