Jordan Ankers is back in jail after being caught dealing crack cocaine & heroin in Warrington shortly after his prison release.

He was charged with drug dealing involving crack cocaine and heroin. Ankers admitted guilt in court, and the case went to a higher court. He appeared via video from prison.
The prosecutor said police found Ankers while investigating the “George” drug line. County lines moves drugs across areas, often crossing police boundaries. Police looked at a specific phone that sent messages to drug users advertising drugs for sale. They searched for the George line team.
They spotted Ankers on Farrell Street. He rode a mountain bike with a bag and held a Nokia phone. Officers thought it was the drug phone and followed him.
They arrested Ankers after a struggle. Police seized cash, drugs, and the phone. One bag had crack cocaine worth £50, while the other contained heroin worth £480. It was ready to sell in smaller amounts.
Ankers admitted his involvement, saying he had no money and had just left prison. The court heard he was on license and played a big role in drug sales. His record has no drug supply convictions but includes domestic-related convictions.
His lawyer asked for credit for his guilty plea, stating he showed responsibility and felt remorse. No attempts were made to blame others. Ankers lost his job and housing after prison, leading to sofa surfing and dealing.
The judge said Ankers got caught red-handed dealing drugs in Warrington. He used a phone to advertise drugs and was on license during the crimes. Ankers got a 36-month prison sentence. The court destroyed the drugs, took away two phones, and sent the cash to the court’s charity.
