A man named Paul Tallant, 43 and from Eltham, went to court in Bromley on March 3rd. He faces a murder charge.

The victim’s name was Charlie Prodromou. He died after an attack on Lewisham High Street. The assault occurred on March 1st.

Police received a call before 8:40 p.m. and found Prodromou hurt badly. Paramedics arrived and rushed him to the hospital.

Sadly, Prodromou died soon after arriving. The attack followed a pub issue at The Watch House Wetherspoon.

Police reported that a man faces murder charges after the Lewisham assault. Paul Tallant appeared in court on Monday, March 3rd.

He’ll stay in custody and appear at the Old Bailey on Wednesday, March 5th. The police received the call on March 1st about an assault on High Street and found a severely injured 63-year-old man.

They quickly transported him to the hospital, but he passed away later. His family has been informed. The man was Charlie Prodromou.

The assault followed a disturbance at The Watch House pub. Police arrested a 42-year-old nearby, suspecting him of murder. He later received the charge.
