Monmouthshire is planning to fix up the town. The County Council and Town Council are in charge, and they want a lively, eco-friendly center.

The project looks at problems and possibilities, and they will create a future plan with locals.

You can share your thoughts starting March 14 by visiting Let’s Talk Monmouthshire for a survey, and you can also attend meetings in person.

Paul Griffiths described their commitment; he wants lively town centers for everyone. These centers must help locals, businesses, and visitors. They are eager to welcome residents to meetings and want survey feedback.

The meetings will happen at the Market Hall on Priory Street, Monmouth, on March 14, 10 AM to 7 PM, and March 15, 10 AM to 3 PM.

Roger Hoggins, the mayor, spoke about the plan; councillors and consultants worked with locals. They made a ‘Placemaking Plan’ draft which has been going on for months.

Don’t miss this opportunity to share ideas; the plan shapes the town’s future growth. It will also help get government funding, and the funding will improve the town.
