A 19-year-old motorcyclist is in serious condition after a crash involving a car on Talbot Road, Winton.

A guy on a motorcycle crashed on Talbot Road. It happened at the Woodend Road and Roslin Road junction. The crash involved a grey Renault Captur car. Emergency services responded at 11:57 a.m. It was Friday, March 7th.

The crash involved the car and a black Lexmark motorcycle. The road closed while they worked. The Renault’s front had damage.

A 19-year-old from Poole rode the motorcycle. Police say his condition is “serious.” They took him to Southampton General Hospital in a land ambulance. At one point, people saw an air ambulance. His family knows what happened.

A local woman thinks the road is dangerous. She lives near Talbot and Woodend Road and says pulling out of her driveway takes caution. Closures continue for investigation. Redhill fire crew also went to the scene.

Sergeant Mike Gatfield asks for help to find out the full story. He asks witnesses and drivers in the area to contact police if they saw the vehicles before the crash or if their dashcam recorded anything.
