A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a crash involving a car on Wimborne Road in Winton. Road closures are in place.
Investigators are still collecting evidence at the scene. They closed the road up to Victoria Park Road. Many emergency workers, including police, traffic officers, and paramedics, quickly went to help. An air ambulance also arrived.
Police haven’t shared much about the biker, including the extent of their injuries, age, or gender. Paramedics took the biker to Southampton Hospital by ambulance.
Ambulance services received the call at 1:18 PM, reporting a road traffic incident. They sent many vehicles to assist, including an operations officer and a doctor. They transported one person to Southampton General.
