The Midcounties Co-operative opens a new store in the Kingsgrove Estate in Wantage. The estate will have 1,500 homes later.

The store opens next Thursday, March 13. You can find it on Daisy Lane, and it will be open from 7 AM to 10 PM daily.

The co-operative has over 230 stores in Oxfordshire and nearby counties. The first 50 customers get a special prize. Lucky customers will receive a Golden Ticket, and each ticket wins a prize.
Prizes include hampers or store credit.

Tastings happen on March 14 and 15, and all shoppers get a 10% discount that lasts until March 23.

Natalie Broyd manages the store and looks forward to opening in March. Opening day has activities and prizes, and you can sample products that weekend.

The Co-op invests in the local area, supporting the community with quality goods and Fairtrade products. She welcomes customers to the new store. Midcounties Co-op also has travel, childcare, and energy businesses, and they trade nationally across the UK.

The company will open a nursery in Kingsgrove during Autumn called Little Pioneers. This nursery will be near the new food store. The infant school will have three rooms, tailoring learning this way. It includes parking, a garden, and a parent room.

The Co-operative recently launched a fund called Doing Good Together, where members can get grants for local causes. Members wanted to give back locally, and this fund uses profits for the community. It gives grants to support good causes in the Kingsgrove area.

The fund assists many groups, including those with dementia and sports teams. They help parks, book clubs, and more.
