Regenta Development proposes a 48 home tower on Southbury Road replacing an old office near Enfield Town Station.

This building will replace an old office. The office was two stories. Martin Shepherd, a law firm, used it last. The new tower will have forty-eight homes and includes a commercial area on the ground floor.
The location is near Enfield Town Station, but it’s not within the conservation area. Pinnacle House stands west of the site and has thirteen stories. The Royal Mail office is to the south.
Regenta Development Ltd plans this project. They are discussing it with the public and will host consultation events.
Plans will be displayed at the old office on Tuesday, from 2 PM to 7 PM. A webinar takes place Thursday at 6:30 PM.
The building’s design has a “shoulder.” This section is five stories high and sits closest to Pinnacle House.
The entrance has a canopy and presents attractive paving. Planting will give a safe contribution, and open space improves pedestrian access. This offers service delivery and cycleway access.
They propose limited car parking. Only two spaces exist for disabled people. The plan promotes car-free living. Residents have secure cycle storage inside, and green spaces for residents sit on the fifth floor.
