Plans submitted to build six new homes near Petersfield Avenue in Harold Hill, featuring modern amenities.

Right now, the site stores machinery and features an L-shaped building with parking. The plan is to tear it all down and build six houses in a row.
GML Architects filed documents for BTS Property Solutions. The new terrace would have five three-bedroom homes and one two-bedroom home. They say the new homes won’t bother neighbors, noting that existing homes are quite far away.
GML Architects say the houses will face Petersfield Avenue. The plans include a play area for kids, which will sit near the parking spots. The new homes will also face Shoulder of Mutton Woods.
Each house will have two floors. The plans show spots for six cars, with one spot actively charging EVs and five spots being ready for future EV chargers. Each house has a place for bikes, which will store them in cupboards or under stairs.
If approved, work starts this August and hopefully finish by September 2026.
