Plans submitted for 20 homes in Sarratt, north of Dawes Lane, with half designated as affordable housing.

There are plans for two, three, and four-bedroom houses. The project involves different sizes. They included parking spots for 44 cars. There will be places to store bikes too.
New paths will connect to Dawes Lane. Cars and people can access it. The application calls it appropriate development. The parcel of land fills a need.
It delivers housing the area really needs. They haven’t met targets in years. The site is next to existing houses. It has good boundaries on each side.
