Rebecca Gittins launches Humble and Whole Bakery in Rossett, Wrexham. It will offer organic breads and pastries to support community.

The bakery will offer a whole experience. Expect organic breads, pastries, and cakes. Savory items are coming later, all for customers to enjoy.
Wrexham Council helps fund Humble and Whole through the Levelling Up Fund. This provides bakery classes for local groups. The focus includes cooking and math.
‘Baking by Numbers’ is the program’s name. Rebecca shares her love of baking, bringing people together in each class to create tasty treats. This also strengthens community bonds.
This marks Rebecca’s first business. She began at home in 2019, just before the pandemic. She believes now is the right time to grow, hoping Wrexham enjoys it as a coffee house and pantry-style eatery.
Profits will grow the business and support social missions. Rebecca wants to support Wrexham and make it more connected.
They will use high-quality goods for sales. Proceeds support community work, allowing workshops, events, and offering essential resources.
Rebecca looks forward to opening the front and welcoming customers. They can enjoy fresh smells, tastes, and products using seasonal ingredients.
Her grandparents came from Rossett, making her thrilled to open there. Volunteers help renovate the building, where customers can enjoy a beautiful courtyard and treats.
Rebecca feels grateful for support, with an opening date coming soon. Click and collect is open Fridays, so check Humble and Whole Bakery’s social media.
