New Oxfordshire Housing Site Welcomes its First Residents to Winterbrook

Berkeley Homes built Winterbrook Meadows. It’s near the town center and the River Thames. The area has different homes and open spaces, including meadowland and a village green. Kids can play in special areas, and there are also cycle paths and walkways.

Claire Harding’s family were early residents and received a welcome gift upon arrival. They moved from Benson, a close village, to a new three-bedroom house. Claire is very happy with their new home.

She appreciates the fresh start provided by a new build and the adaptable space on the bottom floor. She especially loves the open kitchen and dining area, envisioning it as the heart of their home. They also have two additional reception rooms.
