Plans for nine new homes on Greenacres in Warfield are under review. The development includes parking in a prime location.

Nine new homes are planned for the site. Three will have three bedrooms and be in a row. Six homes will have four bedrooms and they will be next to the three bedroom ones. These homes will all be two stories and reach 8.5 metres in height.
Houses already exist around the site and can be found on Hemmying Corner, Atte Lane and Parfit Keep.
The developer believes the location is good because it is near the town centre, and primary schools such as Kennel Lane and Sandy Lane are close by. Garth Hill College is also within walking distance.
Bus stops offer routes to the train station, while a hedge will remain along Warfield Road to separate the new builds from existing homes. The new development will have twenty-four parking spaces, with each home having a garage and driveway.
The developer thinks this uses land well and they are building a road inside the site, with the road being 4.8 metres wide. Bracknell Forest Council has checked the plans, but they have not decided yet.
