New express coach links North and South Wales. Travel time could be cut by ninety minutes with key stops.

Coaches will stop at key towns including Caernarfon and Porthmadog. Dolgellau, Machynlleth, and Aberystwyth are also included.
Travel time should be four hours, forty-five minutes. This offers faster travel and is more convenient for tourists. Students can also benefit, and communities along the west would connect better too.
Currently, it takes six hours twenty minutes. This is the journey time by public transport from Bangor to Carmarthen now.
The initial coaches will use diesel fuel. Later, they will switch to electric power.
They plan up to eight coaches each day. These coaches have modern features that suit longer trips. The service connects with trains, allowing people to travel onward.
The public can share their feedback in a consultation that lasts four weeks, starting March 3rd. People can learn about the plans online and share their thoughts in a survey.
TfW will host three events. People can talk about the service, finding TfW in Bangor on March 10th. Aberystwyth will host on March 13th, and Carmarthen’s event is March 14th.
Lee Robinson spoke about the plan, believing it improves transport. He encourages everyone to share their views to help them improve the service.
