Oliver Symonds jailed 44 months after police chase led to discovery of drugs, cash and evidence of dealing.

Officers entered the house and found Symonds upstairs. A search revealed many pills in small bags. They were 58 MDMA tablets with a street value of around £580. Police also found scales in the kitchen and a mobile phone in the living room.
Police arrested Symonds and took him to custody, seizing £150 cash. His phone showed drug sales, advertising cocaine and ecstasy. His DNA matched the phone’s swab.
Another iPhone linked him to drug sales. He advertised cocaine, ecstasy, and cannabis. Symonds was charged with drug supply, involving cocaine, ecstasy, and cannabis, covering February to March 2024. He also had intent to supply MDMA.
Symonds faced driving charges after the chase, including driving while banned and without insurance. Dangerous driving was also a charge, and he failed to stop and give a blood sample.
He pleaded guilty to drug offenses at his December 23 hearing and appeared in court February 4. The judge jailed Symonds for 44 months and ordered the forfeiture of the drugs, £150, and his mobile phone.
Symonds admitted to driving offenses at a March 15 hearing. He received a driving ban on April 24, lasting three years and seven months. He must also pass a test to drive again.
