The Big Iftar is happening March 28th. You can find it at MyLahore Glass Marquee. Stanley House hosts this event, organized by the Ramadan Tent Project.

It runs from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Tickets are free for everyone to use, and the event relies on attendee donations.

Last year’s event had 350+ people at Ewood Park. John Eustace and Phil Riley attended as guests.

Iftar is the first meal after fasting. Muslims eat after the Maghrib prayer, which happens at sunset each day.

Open Iftar welcomes and brings together diverse communities. People share food and the Ramadan experience.

This is Ramadan Tent Project’s main event. They plan events at many places, including Manchester Cathedral and Shakespeare’s Globe this year.

King’s College Cambridge, Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge, and even Windsor Castle will also host events. King Charles made a video for attendees.

Students started this charity in 2013. They invited international students to break fasts together, and over one million people have gathered in the UK.

The Asian Media Awards named it Best Live Event in 2023. The charity runs other schemes, including a Ramadan run club, and they also promote fasting one day.
