Neil Hobbs damaged a Honda Civic, resulting in £4,200 worth of damage. He pleaded guilty in connection to the incident, which occurred on December 17, 2023.

Neil must complete 80 hours of unpaid work. A court has also ordered him to pay £1,000 in compensation for the damage. Neil, aged 37, resides on Mill Lane, Clanfield.

Tina McDonagh, age 42 and living on Pegasus Road, Oxford, stole from multiple stores. On March 22, she stole kids’ clothes from Next, resulting in a loss of £300 for the store. Then, on March 27, she stole baby items, namely nappies and milk, worth £55.40 from Asda. She also committed theft at Sainsbury’s on April 13, stealing alcohol valued at £127.50.

Tina pleaded guilty to three counts of theft. While facing four additional theft charges, her sentence includes up to 15 days of rehab. She also needs 12 months of drug treatment and is prohibited from entering any shops for three months.

Fabrico Silva drove under the influence on Cowley Road, Oxford, on November 23. His breath alcohol level registered at 49, exceeding the legal limit. He is 40 years old and lives on Church Cowley Road.

The court has banned Fabrico from driving for one year, with the possibility of reducing this by three months upon completion of a driving course. He also faces a £400 fine, £85 in court costs, and a £160 victim surcharge.

Zambak Gjoni drove without insurance in Abingdon on November 16. He also lacked a proper driver’s license at the time. Zambak is 22 years old and has no fixed address.

The court imposed a £440 fine, along with £85 in court costs. He also owes a £176 victim surcharge.

Grzegorz Siwko drove drunk on the M40 near Watlington on November 27. His breath alcohol level was recorded at 56. He is 47 years old and resides on Stuart Street, Luton.

He is banned from driving for 36 months and must pay a £180 fine. Court costs of £85 are also due.

Steven Ellison stole six bottles of Bollinger champagne from Waitrose in Wallingford on December 4. The stolen champagne was worth £299.94. Steven, aged 41, is from Northolt, Ealing, and lives on Caravelle Gardens.

He pleaded guilty to the theft. The court fined him £80, with an additional £85 in court costs. He also owes a £32 victim surcharge.
