The Newspaper Awards show is scheduled for April 2. The Oxford Mail faces some tough competition including Belfast Telegraph and Liverpool Echo. Also vying for the prize are The Courier and The Irish News.
The Oxford Times also faces stiff competition for its award. They are competing against Cambridge Independent and Isle of Wight County Press. Other competitors are the New Milton Advertiser and Salisbury Journal.
Andrew Colley expressed his pride in his Oxford teams. He says they work extremely hard for the community. Their reporting has delivered essential local news, building a large and trusting readership.
The Oxford Print Centre is competing against other stellar printing companies. These include Discovery Print and Interpress NI. Rounding out the competition are Mortons Print and Newsquest Scotland.
The Oxford Print Centre team is especially excited about their nomination. They actually secured the same award back in 2021. That previous win makes this nomination even sweeter for them.
