Hey, something happened yesterday in town. It was around 6 PM, Tuesday, February 18. Emergency vehicles went down Abingdon Road. They also drove up Oswestery Road and onto Wytham Street. From there, many went to John Towle Close.

About seven police cars and vans responded. Two ambulances also arrived at the scene. One critical care incident vehicle went too. The area has residential housing. Police found a man’s body inside a building. He was in his 30s.

Someone had called with concern for his welfare. Thames Valley Police announced this information. The police are treating his death as unexplained. However, they don’t think it’s suspicious.

Officers responded to John Towle Close just before 6 PM. This was on February 18. Sadly, they declared a man dead at the scene. He was also in his 30s. Police will prepare a file for the coroner. They have notified his family. The police send their condolences to them.

South Central Ambulance Service also got a request. The Oxford Mail asked them for comments. But the ambulance service directed inquiries to Thames Valley Police.
